The Dolcetto is a kind of red wine more precocious among those cultivated in Piedmont: it matures in the half part of September, when its bunches are rich of sugar and are good to eat, too. The ‘Sorì Bricco Maiolica” Dolcetto is produced only with the grapes deriving from the best vineyard of the cave. This is a great wine with a ruby red colour and many violet nuances, while the smell is fruited in addition to mature cherry, blackberry, current, peach and field flowers hints. The taste is full and harmonic with the add of freshness. It is ideal if combined with first courses, typical platters of Piedmont, roasts, boiled meats and medium seasoned cheeses.
