This is a refined Traminer, produced with the grapes coming from the vineyards cultivated on the shores of the Galilea See, and they are characterized by a volcanic soil and by a temperate climate. The peculiarities of this terroir bring to the production of a unique wine, with an intense straw yellow colour and golden reflexes. The smell of it is aromatic and you can recognize the fruited hints of passion fruit, kiwi and litchi, spices and nutmeg. This wine can be served as appetizer, and it accompanies perfectly shellfish, oriental platters, spiced fish and grilled fish.
