This is an elegant Chardonnay produced with the grapes of the famous territories of Meursault, with a separated wine making. It presents a complex bouquet of floral and fruited aroma, with honey’, butter’, hazelnut’ and almond’s flavours. The wine includes a great body and structure , with balance and persistence and a good capacity of aging, too. This type of wine is endowed with the typical purity of Meursault, and it accompanies fish dinners, shellfish and white meats.
