Only Chardonnay grapes of over 15 different vintages make it.

On view, it is clear and brilliant with the classic greenish nuances that characterize the Chardonnay wines. The perlage is fine and persistent.

The smells are wide and delicate, with notes of walnuts and citrus which help to accentuate its freshness.

The taste is soft and sapid, fresh and sour. It is perfect to drink fresh as an aperitif or combined with fish courses, crustaceans, mollusks, fresh cheeses and white meats.
