The “For England” Rosè of Contratto winery is an elegant and fine rosè sparkling wine, produced esclusively with Pinot Nero grapes and refined on its lees for 30 months in the historical cellar. It shows a great lightly pink color and a fine and persistent perlage. The sense of smell is intense and complex, floral and fruited, with apricot and orange notes. With a good freshness and acidity, fine and persistent taste, it’s perfect if drunk fresh as aperitif or if combined with platters based on fish, fresh or medium seasoned cheeses, white and soft meats.
