The Pilicot of Livio Felluga is a wine produced whit wilt grapes coming from extraordinary wine yards cultivated on Rosazzo hills, near to the famous “Abbazia of Rosazzo”. The Picolit wine, that means “small” in dialect of Friuli Venezia Giulia, is the most prestigious wine of this region. It has an intense gold color and a rich and elegant bouquet, complex and intense. It shows with tilia flower, dog rose, apricot jam, apricot and fig notes. It’s fresh and equilibrated, whit pronounced mineral notes, it has an elegant and soft taste; with a great acidity and persistence, it is perfect if drunk for “meditation” or with savory and aging cheeses, and foie gras.
