The Langhe Chardonnay doc Prasuè Saracco is produced with Chardonnay grapes cultiveted on the nice hills of Castiglione Tinella. This wine has a straw yellow color, it is complex and structured. The aroma is fruity with apple and pineapple scents; the taste is harmonic and persistent. It is perfect if drunk with fish entrée, soups, omelets and white meat courses.
