Montouis Les Borderies Sec by Domaine de la Croix Mélier is an elegant white wine made qith 100% Chenin blanc grapes accurately selected and harvested within Montlouis appellation, on Loire hills. It’s an extremely elegant wine coming from quite ancient vineyards grown on soils rich in clay and tuff. In the glass it is bright pale yellow with greenish shades. The nose is fresh and sapid, persistent, with hints pear, quince and white fruits. The sip is vivacious, harmonic, balanced, with a pleasant acidity and a scent of almond in the aftertaste.
