Description

Anjou Blanc Effusion by Patrick Baudouin is a wine mirroring the identity of its terroir. It’s 100% Chenin Blanc coming from 30-year-old vineyards. The production of this wine started in 2001 and the grapes belong to different plots located into volcanic soils. In the glass it is bright straw yellow. The sip is balanced, sapid, fresh and elegant, quite persistent. We recommend Anjou Blanc Effusion by Patrick Baudouin with raw fish and and seabass tartare, shellfish and delicate vegetarian dishes.
