Description

Pouilly-Fumé Tradition by Serge Dagueneau et filles is an elegant white wine made with 100% Sauvignon Blanc. The grapes are accurately selected and harvested around Orléans, in Loire valley. The harvest is planned in mid September and the grapes are pressed immediately after the picking up to preserve integrity and freshness. The fermentation triggers in steel tanks at controlled temperature, as well as the ageing on its lees. Pouilly-Fumé Tradition by Serge Dagueneau et filles is bright pale yellow. The bouquet is wide and surprising, with hints of exotic fruits, mango, litchi, and a pleasant mineral sensation. The sip is round and enveloping, pleasantly fresh. We perceive the initial bouquet along with notes of acacia and boxwood. Pouilly-Fumé Tradition by Serge Dagueneau et filles is recommended with seafood and shellfish, noble poultry and fresh cheese.
