Its vinification takes place mainly in steel at controlled temperature, and 30% of wine spends 2 years in wood barrels before bottling. In the glass it is bright yellow with intense golden shades. The bouquet is charming and complex, with hints of yellow peach, mediterranean herbs and hydrocarbon notes. The sip is intense, soft, with a strong texture and a delicate mineral note.
