Description

Roero Arneis docg Anfora by Marchisio is the first Roero Arneis ruled by the biodynamic agriculture and vinified in amphora. It’s a unique and peculiar wine, made paying the highest attention to the biodynamic procedures. It has an excellent ageing potential thanks to the amphora refinement. In the glass it is bright straw yellow. The bouquet is intense and wide, with hints of white flowers, citrus and peach. The sip is vibrant, fresh and balanced, with a moderate acidity compensating the ageing softness. The aftertaste is surprisingly long with a pleasant mineral note. Roero Arneis docg Anfora by Marchisio is recommended with traditional Piedmont starters, matured cheese or noble poultry.
