Description

The Soave Classico by Pieropan winery is obtained by a 85% of Garganega grapes and 15% of Trebbiano grapes grown in the vineyards owned by the Pieropan family. It has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections, while in the nose it develops a fresh and floral bouquet, with hints of jasmine and lily of the valley. The taste is intense and sapid, fresh and balanced. We suggest to try the Soave Classico by Pieropan with soups or main courses based on spring vegetables, like asparagus and peas.
