The Pigato Bon In Da Bon by Vio Giovatta (Biovio) is an excellent white wine made with 100% Pigatp grapes farmed in Albenga, in the Ligurian west. It is a wine made with organic methods in the respect of the vineyards and the terroir: its name means “really good” in the Ligurian dialect. Endowed by a beautiful straw yellow colour, it has a wide and composite bouquet with hints of sweet almonds and citrus. In mouth, it is intense and fresh, with notes of aromatic herbs on the long and persistent final. The Pigato Bon In Da Bon is excellent if drunk in combination with fish dishes like seafood risotto, grilled shrimp, fish soup but also with fresh cheeses
