The Chardonnay by Moccagatta is a great piedmontese white wine made with grapes farmed in three different vineyard on the Barbaresco hills, in the heart of the Langhe region. On view, it shows an intense straw yellow color. In the nose it gets off a fresh and mineral bouquet, whit wide notes of apple and ripe citrus, in addition to soft hints of bread crust. Its taste is harmonious and fresh. Endowed with a well-balanced acidity, the Chardonnay by Moccagatta is perfect to drink chilled as an aperitif or in combination withfirst courses of fish, crustaceans, seafood and fresh cheeses.
