This type of wine derives from an old vine, only cultivated in the territory of Roero, in Piedmont. The Bric Varomaldo Arneis takes the name from the hill where the grapes used for the production of this wine are grown. This is a white wine with its characteristic straw yellow colour of medium intensity and with green reflexes. It has a perfume of broom and peach, with smells of mint and anise. Its alcoholic profile is very important, but it is balnaced by a correct acidity. The Roero Arneis Bric Varomaldo by Generaj is a good partner of fish and vegetables courses, or white meats.
