Description

The Langhe Sauvignon by Matteo Correggia is a fresh and mineral wine, produced with grapes grown in his own vineyards in the sunny hills of Roero area. The Langhe Sauvignon by Correggia is refined  both in wood and in steel, in order to best enhance both the characteristics of the vine and of the terroir. It expresses a strong personality, confirmed on the palate by a good balance and structure. Endowed with a beautiful straw yellow color with greenish reflections, in the nose it expresses an intense bouquet with a vegetable note of cut grass and light hints of peach and citrus. In the mouth it is sapid and persistent, with an excellent structure. The Langhe Sauvignon by Correggia is excellent served as an aperitif or in combination with shellfish, seafood and white meats.
