Description

The Calvarino by PieroPan is a white wine produced mixing together Garganega (70%) and Trebbiano di Soave (30%) grapes, cultivated with biologic certificated methods. This wine has a straw yellow color with golden reflexes; the aroma is fresh and floral, with elderflower, apple and pear notes on a hazelnut and almond background. The Soave Classico Calvarino by Pieropan has a good acidity and taste; it is fresh and equilibrate and it is perfect if drunk with fish courses, vegetables, shellfish and medium aging cheeses.
