The Valtènesi Chiaretto is a rosé wine obtained with the vinification of four red grapes: Barbera, Sangiovese, Marzemino and Groppello, that give a must rich in elegance and body. It has an extraordinary longevity and a good persistence. It is called “wine of the night” because the must is left in contact with the peel for only one night. This wine has a beautiful pale pink color with slight face powder reflections. In the nose it has fresh and delicate aromas of peach and pomegranate flowers. It is perfect to drink fresh as an aperitif or in combination with first courses or fish dishes.
