The Erbaluce di Caluso "T" of the Cieck winery is a very particular interpretation of the Erbaluce vine. Obtained from the best grapes grown with the traditional Canavese pergola method and harvested late, it is a top quality Erbaluce with an excellent aging potential. After a period of aging in oak barrels, in summer it begins the refinement in bottle, which will last 6 months. It has with a splendid straw yellow with golden reflections. The bouquet develops a complex, floral and fruity bouquet, with hints of white fruits and wild flowers. In the mouth, a good minerality and a long and harmonious final characterize it. It is perfect to drink fresh as an aperitif or paired with white meats and fresh cheeses.
