The Langhe Bianco doc by Matteo Correggia is produced with 100% Sauvignon grapes harvested in Canale, in the heart of Roero region. This Sauvignon wine expresses a strong personality. Balanced and well-structured, it owns a light straw-yellow colour with green reflexes. Moreover, it shows a strong perfume with scent of grass, peach and citrus. Sapid and persistent, teh Sauvignon by Matteo Correggia is ideal as appetizer or in combination with shellfish or white meat.
