Poully Fumé Baron de L is one of the best expression in the world of Sauvignon wine variety; it is produced with the best grapes coming from 30 year old vineyards beautifully exposed in the Loira area. In order to preserve the great quality and aromatic richness of grapes, vinification is made in steel and refinement in glass. This wine presents a brilliant straw yellow colour. In the nose it release fresh and mineral aromas, with scents of white flowers as elder and wisteria, mint, basylicum and gooseberry. The sip is rich and substantial, with strong scents, good freshness and sapidity. Baron de L Baron De Ladoucette is perfect to drink in combination with shellfish, lobster, haute cuisine courses made with fish and white meat. This wine has a good ageing potential.
