The Tarasco by Cornarea is a passito wine made with Arneis grapes that is characterized by a history that dates back to 30 years ago. This wine was in fact born when Piero Bovone, the oenologist of the time, realized that he had not harvested three rows of a vineyard of Arneis. When he went to the vineyard, he noticed that the bunches had taken the noble mold, a fundamental component for making sweet wines. The Tarasco by Cornarea shows a beautiful bright golden yellow color. The nose develops intense and fruity, complex and fresh, aromas with hints of dried fruit, candied fruit and citrus jam. In the mouth it is characterized by a great freshness, a good acidity and a long persistence. The optimal wine pairing is with blue cheeses.
