Description
The Grappa di Barolo Marcenasco by Renato Ratti is produced with selected pomace from the Nebbiolo grapes of Barolo Marcenasco. The pomace is distilled by the "Antica Distilleria Domenico Sibona", with discontinuous bain-marie stills. It is a round, velvet and delicate distillate.
