Description

The Metodo Classico 7.0 by Azienda Agricola Foglino is an excellent interpretation of Pinot Noir sparkling wine and takes its name from its particular production method, which involves a minimum of seven years of aging on the lees. In appearance, it presents itself with a beautiful bright straw yellow color, enriched with intense golden nuances. On the nose, it offers a rich and complex bouquet, with notes of fruit such as apple and white peach, enriched with nuances of bread crust and yeast, nuts, a result of the long aging on the lees. On the palate, it is elegant and harmonious, with a pleasant freshness that balances the richness of the fruit. The bubbles are fine and persistent, giving the wine a unique creaminess and delicacy. The finish is long and enveloping, leaving a pleasant feeling of freshness. The Metodo Classico 7.0 by Azienda Agricola Foglino is perfect for celebrating special occasions or accompanying refined appetizers and seafood dishes.
