Farfalla Rosé by Ballabio is a Classic Method Rosé sparkling wine, produced using 100% Pinot Noir grapes. After careful selection and gentle pressing of the grapes, it undergoes refinement in stainless steel tanks on its own yeasts. The cuvée assembly is made using 80% vintage wines and 20% reserve wines refined in temperature-controlled stainless steel in order to impart complexity and uniqueness. With its delicate salmon pink color and fine persistent bubbles, Farfalla Rosé Ballabio is enchanting to the eye. On the nose, its bouquet is fresh and delicate, particularly elegant with notes of small red fruits, wildflowers, and citrus. On the palate, it is fragrant, characterized by pleasant acidity and freshness.
