Description

The Brut Riserva Valentino of Rocche dei Manzoni winery was the first sparkling wine produced with the classic method in the Langhe area. The "Brut Zero" Riserva Valentino after a maturation of 120 months on its lees, presents at sight a beautiful golden straw yellow color with some fine and persistent bubbles. In the nose, it suggests delicate fragrances of custard cream, while on the palate it is dry with a sophisticated and involving structure. It is perfect to drink fresh as an aperitif or in combination with fish, both cooked and raw.

The Rocche dei Manzoni winery was born by the will of Valentino Migliorini, already successful restaurateur, to combine his wine knowledge and his talent as an experimenter.
