The Franciacorta Satèn by Cavallery is a top expression of the Satèn appellation, first introduced in 1990 in Franciacorta, to recall the silky smoothness and "satiny" color of this wine, given by less sugar added in the liquer de tirage. Made from Chardonnay grapes grown in the sunniest vineyards, it has a beautiful straw yellow color and golden highlights. The bouquet is refined and intense, with hints of white flowers and ripe white fruit in addition to light hints of acacia honey and vanilla. It is a sparkling wine with fine and persistent bubbles, ripe, soft and round, with a full and complex flavor.
