Description

Alta Langa Riserva Coppo by Coppo is one of the most important sparkling wines produced in the historical Coppo winery, declared as World Heritage by Unesco. It is produced with Pinot Nero (80%) and Chardonnay (20%) grapes and it has a good straw yellow color with green shades, and a super fine perlage. The bouquet is refined and intense, with fruity scents of apple, pineapple and pear; you can also perceive bread crust and yeast notes. Alta Langa Riserva Coppo by Coppo is dry and strong, with a very pleasant perlage and freshness. The after-taste is persistent and its structure gives it a good ageing potential. We recommend it with fish courses, seafood, pigeon and grilled meat.
