Description

The Alta Langa of Marcalberto winery is made with Pinot Nero and Chardonnay grapes harvested in the villages of Santo Stefano Belbo and Calosso. After the fermentation, it ages for 7 months in wood and after that, 48 months on its lees in the bottle. At the sight it shows a splendid amber yellow colour with persistent bubbles. In the nose the bouquet is complex and harmonious, with hints of brioche and freshly baked bread. In the mouth it reveals its full-bodied and enveloping nature. Endowed with an excellent structure, it is exceptional if drunk in combination with seafood appetizers and chicken or rabbit meat.
