Description

The Dolcetto PianCavallo of Negro Giuseppe is a great wine with a ruby red color with violet reflexes. Its smell is intense and fruited, with cherry, blackberry, current and field flower hints. The taste is dry and rich, fresh and with a medium structure; it’s perfect if drunk in combination with first courses, cured meats and medium aged cheeses.
