Description

Elegant red wine that takes the name from a term used in Piedmont, Bacialè, that was a person, who, in the past, organized the weddings: in fact, Giacomo Bologna Braida has decided to call his wine in this manner, in order to indicate the perfect wedding among the Barbera and the other vineyards that compose it. This wine shows a brilliant ruby red colour and an intense, elegant, complex bouquet with soft hints of blackberries, mixed berries, jams and oriental spices. Thanks to its charming taste and its good structure, it combines perfectly with lasagne, agnolotti, white and red meats, medium seasoned cheeses.
