Description

The Barolo by Francesco Rinaldi & Figli is a red wine made from carefully selected Nebbiolo grapes grown on the hills of La Morra, Barolo, and Castiglione Falletto. It is a remarkable and prestigious wine, aged for at least three years in large oak barrels, ideal for special occasions and dinners. Thanks to further bottle aging, the wine continues to evolve in elegance and harmony, with great aging potential. Visually, it has a ruby red color with garnet reflections, which gradually turn to orange with aging. The bouquet is broad and complex, both fruity and floral, with notes of blueberries and blackberries, violet, and rose. On the palate, it is harmonious, dry, and austere. The Barolo by Francesco Rinaldi & Figli is excellent when paired with meat-based main courses, such as the classic Brasato al Barolo, matured cheeses, truffle-based dishes and feathered game.
