Description

The Roero Roche d'Ampsej by Matteo Correggia is an elegant and harmonious wine, made from pure Nebbiolo grapes grown in the estate's vineyards in the heart of Roero Hilles. After aging for at least 14 months in wood and two years in the bottle, it presents an intense ruby red color with garnet reflections. Its intense and persistent flavor, full body, and remarkable complexity make it an ideal pairing for roasted or braised meats, aged cheeses, or to be savored on its own as a meditative wine. Thanks to its extraordinary aging potential, this wine promises excellent evolution over time.
