Description

Barolo docg Riserva Bricco Boschis Vigna San Giuseppe by Cavallotto is an elegant example of a classic Barolo, with an austere character and an extraordinary ageing potential. This wine is made with 100% Nebbiolo grapes accurately selected, coming from the namesake vineyard, South-West sun exposed. Following the organic guidelines, the must ferments with its indigenous yeasts and the ageing is long and soft, and lasts for 5 years. Barolo docg Riserva Vigna San Giuseppe by Cavallotto is ruby red with fascinating garnet shades. The bouquet is intense, enveloping and complex, with hints of wild rose, violet, licorice and ripe cherry. In the mouth it is powerful and austere, with a strong tannic texture and a pleasant persistence. Barolo docg Riserva Vigna San Giuseppe by Cavallotto is recommended with stewed red meat, game, matured cheese or porcini mushrooms risotto.
