Langhe doc Nebbiolo by Cavallotto is made with 100% Nebbiolo grapes grown following the organic guidelines. The grapes come from the younger vineyards of the estate: this choice turns into a wine whose scents are similar to Barolo, but with a fresher and vivacious character. In the glass, it is ruby red with a charming transparent shade. The bouquet is crackling, fruity, with hints of red berries, and cherry. In the end we can also perceive notes of flowers and sweet spices. The sip is soft, persistent, with a silky tannic texture, with a powerful ageing potential. We recommend Langhe doc Nebbiolo by Cavallotto with grilled red meat and matured cheese.
