Description

Langhe DOC Nebbiolo Ester Canale by Giovanni Rosso is a refined and elegant red wine, whose grapes come from a very well sun-exposed plot. The fermentation is triggered into concrete tanks, followed by a 3-week maceration on the skins. The ageing takes place in 25-hectolitre oak barrels for at least 12 months. In the glass it is bright and transparent ruby red. The bouquet is delicate, with floral hints of violet, rose petals, licorice and berries. The sip id intense, crackling and juicy, very persistent. The aftertaste is sapid and fresh. Langhe DOC Nebbiolo Ester Canale by Giovanni Rosso is recommended with selected poultry, refined white meat, snails or medium ages cheeses.
