The Barolo Cerretta of Giovanni Rosso is a complex and austere red wine, produced with Nebbiolo grapes grown in the famous Cerretta cru in Serralunga d'Alba. With a beautiful intense ruby red color with garnet reflections, in the nose it is aromatic and complex, with notes of ripe red fruit such as cherry and currant and aromatic hints of rose, white pepper, tobacco and licorice. Very complex and important wine, in the mouth it is balanced and fresh, deep, characterized by a good structure and a tannic finish. The Barolo Cerretta of Giovanni Rosso is perfect to taste in combination with tasty main courses of meat and game.
