Valpolicella Classico Le Miniere di Novare by Bertani is an elegant red wine made with 70% Corvina veronese (Novare mass selection), 20% Corvinone and 10% Rondinella. The grapes are harvested into “Le Miniere” vineyard within Tenuta Novare in Arbizzano di Negrar municipality. The grapevines are 20 years old and grow onto soils rich in limestone and clay, whose intense structure is perceivable into the wine. In the glass it is bright ruby red; the nose is fruity with notes of cherry, forest berries and white pepper. The sip is charming, soft and sapid, with persistent tannins and a good sapidity.
