Description

The Amarone Classico by Bertani is a great wine produced since 1958 and is one of the representatives of the Italian winemaking tradition in the world. With an intense ruby red color, with garnet nuances, it presents itself on the nose with a fascinating and complex bouquet, not powerful but very long. Fruity hints of plum, cherry and morello cherry stand out in addition to notes of dried red fruits, liquorice and spices. In the mouth it is soft and warm, savory, with very soft tannins in perfect balance with freshness, which makes it suitable for very long aging. It goes wonderfully with roast meats, game, mature cheeses, even accompanied by jams or mustards. The Amarone Classico by Bertano is excellent to drink on its own, as a meditation wine.
