Description

The Libaltai Isola dei Nuraghi igt by Saraja is a pleasant red wine made with 100% Carignano grapes, grown in the South Eastern part of Sardinia, on draining and sandy soils. The perfect habitat and the presence of Southern wind give the wine unique features. In the glass, it is ruby red; the bouquer is fruity and crackling, with notes of black berries, Mediterranean herbs and spices. The sip is fullbodied, intense and rich. The tannic texture is silky but well defined and persistent. We recommend the Carignano Libaltai by Saraja with roasted or grilled red meat, cold cuts and meat first dishes.
