Roero Ciabot San Giorgio Riserva by Negro Angelo is a great wine made with 100% Nebbiolo grapes. It takes the name from the ancient old house on the top of a hill in Monteu Roero village, that was used as shelter for tools in the past. The wine has the typical intense ruby red colour and the bouquet is intense and fruity, with scents of pe ach and red fruits. The balsamic note is perceivable in the end. The sip is warm, sweet and fruity, the tannin is persistent and well balanced. The Roero Riserva Ciabot San Giorgio by Negro Angelo is perfect to drink with grilled red meat, game, stuffed main courses and game.
