Description

The Amarone della Valpolicella Vigna Garzon by Pieropan is produced with a blend of Corvina Veronese 60%, Corvinone 30%, Rondinella 5%, Croatina Veronese 5%, cultivated in property vineyards in Cellore d’Illasi district, on the Garzon hills. In the glass it shows an intense ruby red color. In the nose the bouquet is ample and composite, with red fruits jam, black berry and plum notes. Spicy and balsamic notes are added. The taste is complex and sapid, pleasantly and fresh, with important tannins that gives it a great structure. The Amarone della Valpolicella Vigna Garzon is perfect if drunk with game, roasted or braised red meats and aging cheeses. This wine is very suitable for long-lasting aging.
