The Ruberpan by Pieropan is a superior Valpolicella wine obtained from the assembly of Corvina Veronese (60%), Corvinone (30%), Rondinella (5%) and Croatina Veronese (5%) grapes, grown with certified organic methods. With a transparent and brilliant ruby color, the nose develops a complex and composite bouquet with hints of black cherry and jams. Pleasant spicy notes, hints of cocoa and balsamic herbs are added. In the mouth it is fresh and tasty, with delicate tannins. With a pleasantly fruity flavour, the Valpolicella Superiore Ruberpan by Pieropan goes wonderfully with grilled meats, game, mature cheeses and stuffed pasta.
