Description

The Barolo Ravera by Marziano Abbona is an elegant and fine red wine, produced with 100% Nebbiolo grapes, grown within the prestigious Ravera cru on the Novello hills. After a long period of barrel aging, it is assembled and bottled, where it rests for a further 6 months before being put on the market. With a beautiful intense garnet red color with orange reflections, the nose expresses a broad and enveloping bouquet, complex with hints of fruit in alcohol, violet, liquorice and undergrowth. When tasted it presents tannins of great softness, it is pleasantly enveloping and persistent. It pairs perfectly with important dishes based on red meats, mature cheeses and game. The Barolo Ravera by Marziano Abbona is a wine suitable for long aging.
