Description

The Barolo Villero by Oddero is produced with the grapes coming from Castiglione Falletto, in Piedmont. It is made with 100% Nebbiolo grapes and the ageing lasts 30 months in oak barrels; then, the wine rests 12 more months in bottle. The wine is ruby red with intense shades. The bouquet is complex with notes of violet, berries, cocoa and licorice. The sip is elegant and fresh, the tannin is intense with a persistent after-taste. To be paired with game, braised meet and Piedmont traditional starters.The Barolo Villero by Oddero is an excellent meditative wine.
