The Barbera d’Asti Bricco dell'Uccellone by Giacomo Bologna gets its name from the nickname given to a lady who lived in the house next door, always dressed in black and called “l’uselun” (the big bird). In the glass, it presents a beautiful intense ruby red color with garnet reflections. On the nose, it impresses with its wide and complex aromas, of notable concentration and depth, with notes of cherry and red fruits, in addition to by spicy hints of vanilla and licorice. On the palate, it boasts a great structure and good acidity, with a generous and smooth flavor.
