The Nebbiolo d’Alba la val dei Preti by Matteo Correggia presents the typical peculiarities of Roero area; its colour is a brilliant ruby red one, with yellow-crowned nuances during the aging. Its smell owns an elegant, floral and fruited bouquet, with scents of violet, red currant, followed by jam’, vanilla’ and tobacco’s aroma. Furthermore, its taste is pleasantly dry, warm and soft, in addition to a great freshness. Its elegance makes it perfect in combination with second platters based on meat, typical second courses of Piedmont and seasoned cheeses.
