The Dolcetto d'Alba Visadì is the wine from which Domenico Clerico began to build his dream, dedicating love and passion to his work. Produced for the first time in 1978, the Dolcetto Visadì presents itself to the eye with a deep ruby red color, with violet reflections. On the nose it is intense and persistent, with a fine and broad bouquet, with hints of cherry, ripe blackcurrants and light vanilla. On the palate it is savory, warm, full and continuous, with fruity notes on the finish. Characterized by a pleasant drinkability, the Dolcetto d'Alba Visadì by Domenico Clerico is perfect to drink in combination with red meats, medium-aged cheeses and structured first courses.
