Description

The Barbaresco Giacone Lorens by Lodali was produced for the first time in 2005. The Nebbiolo grapes come exclusively from vineyards of property located in the municipality of Treiso. At sight it has a beautiful intense ruby red color with garnet reflections. After a long refinement in 25hl Austrian oak barrels and 12 months in the bottle, in the glass it impresses with its beautiful intense garnet red color. The bouquet is very fine and complex, with hints of ripe fruit, rose and violet. In the mouth it is well structured, full and harmonious, characterized by a long and persistent finish. The Barbaresco Giacone Lorens by Lodaly pairs perfectly with truffle-based dishes and well-matured cheeses. The 2020 vintage was awarded the prestigious Tre Bicchieri award by the Gambero Rosso italian guide.
